Data processing terms (summary)
This is an informed draft summary for the Kintry public beta. Enterprise customers typically execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) offline. Please review it with counsel before you rely on it.
Processor
The service is operated by Kintry s.r.o., a limited liability company incorporated in the Czech Republic, which acts as processor for workspace content.
- Company name: Kintry s.r.o.
- IČO (company ID): [to be completed]
- Registered office: [to be completed], Czech Republic
- DPA contact: [email protected]
Roles
Your organization is typically the controller for workspace content. Kintry s.r.o. operates the hosted application as a processor and processes that content only on your instructions. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice.
Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to provide the service. Where a subprocessor processes data outside the EU, that transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses under the provider’s data processing agreement.
- Hetzner Online GmbH: server hosting and backups (Germany).
- Cloudflare: DNS, TLS, and content delivery.
- PostHog: product analytics (EU).
- Sentry: error monitoring (EU).
- Resend: transactional email.
- OpenRouter: AI inference, when a workspace enables AI features.
- Lovable AI Gateway: embeddings for search and cited answers.
- Firecrawl: web search, when that feature is enabled.
- GitHub and GitLab: only when a customer connects a repository.
